A search for homeopathic treatment for gout or joint pain due to arthritis landed me at Dr Mehta’s homeopathy clinic in Andheri, it being near my residence in Mumbai. I was referred by a few relatives of mine, who too benefitted from his homeopathic medicine. Initially, I could hardly sleep due to severe pain in my elbow and hands. Nights were restless due to pain and painkillers were a must. I could hardly move my joints. My family doctor gave a diagnosis of gout as uric acid was a little high. Took painkillers but with little temporary benefit. Somebody told me that taking excessive Allopathy pain killers for the long term can be harmful so I was advised to start homeopathy. Dr Mehta took my entire history and listened to all my problems patiently. After starting his medicines the pain and swelling in the joints began improving. I could sleep without pain and gradually it disappeared. The joint pain did come again after a gap of a few months but again subsided with his wonderful medicines. In between I also developed some skin infection which also gradually improved with his medicines.
Of late I had severe headache, cold, and cough. I couldn’t tolerate cold air or fan or AC. Again I consulted Dr. Mehta for homeopathic treatment of sinusitis and throat infection (which looked like some chest infection). This time initially there was little improvement but the problem persisted. The cough would come if I spoke or talked loudly or laughed. The doctor reviewed my symptoms again and gave me some homeopathic medicines from his clinic. Simply awesome to have them. No pain in the head can go in AC, no severe cough, can talk and laugh. Taking treatment for my joint pain, cough, and sinus problem from his homeopathic clinic in Andheri, Mumbai, has benefited me overall.
